Adam Haslett is an acclaimed American author of literary fiction, best known for his short story collection "You Are Not a Stranger Here" and his novel "Union Atlantic." Haslett was born in December 24, 1970, and has had a successful writing career, with his work translated into 18 different languages.
Haslett is a graduate of Swarthmore College, the Iowa Writers' Workshop, and Yale Law School. He has also been a visiting professor at the Iowa Writers' Workshop and Columbia University.
