Ali McNamara

Ali McNamara is a successful British author, known for her feel-good fiction with a magical twist. She currently has fourteen novels published, with her fifteenth due out in the summer of 2024. Many of her books are set in the fictional Cornish town of St Felix, and they have gained a wide following around the world.

McNamara's debut novel, "From Notting Hill with Love...Actually," was the first in a series of three books set in Notting Hill and was published to much acclaim. It quickly became a bestseller, and McNamara has continued to find success with her subsequent novels. In particular, "Breakfast at Darcy's" was a top ten bestseller in Italy. McNamara has been nominated for the Romantic Novel of the Year three times, a testament to her talent and popularity among readers.

In addition to her writing career, McNamara is an advocate for disability and invisible disabilities. She lives near Cambridge, UK, with her family and beloved dogs, and in her spare time, she enjoys visiting antique shops and people watching with a good cup of coffee. McNamara has two chronic illnesses, M.E./CFS and UCTD, which she manages while continuing to write and advocate for others.
