Amanda Renee

Amanda Renée, a talented author, grew up in Ridgewood, New Jersey. Her writing career took off after participating in Harlequin’s writing contest, following her discovery of her writing talent at the age of nine. Amanda first tried her hand at a suspense thriller, titled Smoke and Mirrors, but after it was not well-received, she transitioned to contemporary romance, where she found her writing niche.

Raised in the northeast, Amanda now resides in the warm coastal sands of Carolina. She is a full-time writer, accompanied in her work by her Schnoodle sidekick, Duffy. Amanda is not only a writer but also a photographer and enjoys playing musical instruments, including the guitar and piano. She is an animal lover and can often be found with a camera in her hand, going on road trips, and songwriting.

Amanda's career began in 2013 when she was discovered through Harlequin's So You Think You Can Write contest. She is currently represented by Pamela Harty of The Knight Agency. Amanda's writing has earned her critical acclaim and a loyal fan base. In her spare time, she enjoys the company of her dog, Duffy, and engaging in various hobbies, including photography and playing musical instruments. Her work reflects her passion for storytelling, and her contemporary romance novels have become bestsellers in recent years.
