Andrea Boeshaar

Andrea Kuhn Boeshaar is a published author who specializes in writing inspirational romance and women's fiction novels. She has been creating stories and poems since she was a young girl, and in 1984, she began submitting her work for publication. It wasn't until eight years later that she felt called to write for the Christian market. Boeshaar is dedicated to her craft and has spent many years studying her genre and honing her skills.

Boeshaar was born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and currently resides in South Carolina's Upstate with her husband, Daniel. They have been married for over 40 years and are proud parents and grandparents to a wonderful family, including five grandchildren. Boeshaar's publishing career began in 1994 with the release of her first novel by Heartsong Presents book club (Barbour Publishing). Since then, she has published a Civil War Era series and numerous contemporary novels.

In addition to her work as an author, Boeshaar has also been active in the Christian writing community. In 2000, she co-founded the American Christian Romance Writers organization (now the American Christian Fiction Writers or ACFW). Around that same time, she worked as an agent for Hartline Literary Agency under the tutelage of Joyce Hart. In 2007, Boeshaar earned her certification in Christian life coaching and decided to pursue that avenue of ministry. Despite her many accomplishments, Boeshaar has continued to write and is currently promoting her most recent novel, "There is a Season: A Civil War Novel," which is available in both e-book and paperback formats on Amazon.com.
