Andrew Miller

Andrew Miller is a highly acclaimed English author, known for his captivating standalone novels in the literature and fiction genres. He was born in Bristol in 1960 and has since lived in various parts of the world, including Spain, Japan, Ireland, and France, before settling in Somerset. His upbringing in West County and education at the Dauntsey's School formed the foundation of his writing career.

Miller's literary career took off with his debut novel, Ingenious Pain, published in 1997 by Sceptre. This novel quickly gained popularity and won several prestigious awards, including the James Tait Black Memorial Prize for Fiction, the International IMPAC Dublin Literary Award, and the Italian Grinzane Cavour prize.
