Antoine Wilson

Antoine Wilson is an award-winning novelist known for his literary mystery fiction, most notably his 2022 novel "Mouth to Mouth." His other published works include "The Interloper" (2007) and "Panorama City" (2012). Wilson's writing has appeared in prestigious publications such as The Paris Review, StoryQuarterly, and Best New American Voices. He serves as a contributing editor for the literary journal A Public Space and has been recognized with awards including the San Fernando Valley Award for Fiction.

Born in Montreal to an Anglo-Canadian father and French-Canadian mother, Wilson spent his childhood across diverse locations, including California and Saudi Arabia, before settling in Los Angeles. A graduate of the Iowa Writers' Workshop, he received the Carol Houck Smith Fiction Fellowship from the University of Wisconsin. Wilson has taught writing at several institutions, including the University of Iowa and the University of California San Diego. His novels often explore themes of identity and displacement, reflecting his multicultural upbringing.

Wilson's work has been a finalist for numerous honors, including the National Magazine Award and the Southern California Independent Booksellers Association Book of the Year Award.
