Ash Parsons is a highly accomplished American author, best known for her young adult novels. Parsons' passion for writing can be traced back to her college years, where she became involved in Child and Youth Advocacy. This interest led her to teach middle and high school English, which further fueled her desire to create stories that resonate with young readers.
Parsons' background in education has significantly influenced her writing career. Her experiences in the classroom, particularly watching her students tackle difficult problems, inspired her to write her debut novel, Still Waters. Moreover, Parsons has shared her knowledge and love for writing by teaching creative writing through Troy University's ACCESS program and Media Studies at Auburn University.
In addition to her achievements in education and writing, Parsons has also made a name for herself in the entertainment industry. She is a graduate of Ringling Bros. and Barnum and Bailey Clown College and has even appeared as a zombie on the popular TV show, The Walking Dead. Despite her diverse experiences, Parsons currently resides in Alabama with her family, where she continues to write and teach.
