Avery Duff

Avery Duff is a successful author from the United States, known for his enthralling mystery, thriller, and suspense novels. He was born in Chattanooga, Tennessee, where he attended the Baylor School and graduated summa cum laude. Duff then pursued higher education at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa. After that, he earned his juris doctorate from Georgetown University Law Center.

Upon graduation, Duff returned to his hometown and quickly became a partner in a prestigious Chattanooga law firm within five years. However, his passion for writing led him to move to Los Angeles to pursue a career as a screenwriter. Duff's screenwriting credits include the 2010 heist drama Takers, which featured Matt Dillon, Idris Elba, Paul Walker, and Hayden Christensen.

Duff currently resides in Los Angeles near the beach, where he spends most of his daytime writing fiction. Although he has only published two books so far, both have been highly successful in many parts of the world. His first published novel, Beach Lawyer, is the first book in the Beach Lawyer series, and it showcases Duff's exceptional storytelling abilities and his knack for creating thrilling and suspenseful narratives.
