Becky Wade

Becky Wade is a successful author of historical and contemporary romance novels, best known for her Bradford Sisters and Porter Family series. Born in California, Wade developed a love for storytelling at a young age, often creating homemade plays for her cousins, friends, and sisters to star in. These productions typically featured a prince, a heroine, and a happy ending to a love story.

Wade attended Baylor University, where she met her husband, a Texan native. After graduation, the couple spent several years living in the Caribbean and Australia before settling in Dallas, Texas. It was during this time that Wade's passion for writing was rekindled, and she began to work on her first novel, "My Stubborn Heart," which was published in 2012.

Becky Wade is not only a talented writer but also a wife and mother of three children and one Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. She enjoys writing sweet contemporary romances that are infused with sizzling chemistry, mystery, faith, banter, and humor. Her work has been recognized with several awards, including a Carol Award, INSPY awards, and a spot in the Christy Award Hall of Fame. When she's not writing, Wade can be found power-walking her neighborhood, driving carpool, enjoying chocolate, practicing yoga, or admiring her dog.
