Ben Cheetham was born in 1976 in Stafford, England. After completing his schooling, he moved to Sheffield in 1997 to pursue a degree in archaeology. The city has been his residence ever since, providing him with the perfect backdrop for his writing. Cheetham spent his early years in Sheffield studying and writing, while also indulging in his other passion - rock climbing. He could often be found testing his strength, endurance, agility, and balance on the hills and cliffs surrounding the city.
