Brian James Freeman is a successful author, particularly known for his work in the horror and literature & fiction genres. Born in 1979 in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania, Freeman began writing stories at a young age and achieved significant milestones early in his career. By the age of 14, he had already sold his first short story, demonstrating his innate talent and passion for writing. At 24, he wrote and published his first full-length novel, marking the beginning of a successful writing career.
Over the years, Freeman has written essays, novels, short stories, and novellas, with many reputed publishers, including Cemetery Dance, Warner Books, Borderlands Press, Book of the Month Club, Leisure, and others, publishing his work. His short fiction has been featured in various anthologies and magazines since 1994, with popular works such as the volumes of his acclaimed anthology series, Shivers, and a fiction story titled From the Borderlands.
