Del Sandeen is an American author and copy editor based in northeast Florida. She writes speculative fiction, with her work appearing in publications such as "FIYAH: Magazine of Black Speculative Fiction" and "Gay Magazine," as well as the "Nightlight" podcast. Her debut novel, "This Cursed House," marks her first full-length published work.
Sandeen's writing often explores themes of Black speculative fiction, blending elements of fantasy, horror, and the supernatural. Her short stories and essays have been recognized for their unique voice and imaginative storytelling. In addition to her creative work, she maintains a career as a freelance writer and copy editor, contributing her expertise to various literary projects.
