Denise Hildreth Jones is a renowned author from the United States, celebrated for her works in literature and fiction, memoirs, and biography genres. She is best known for her Savannah series and several standalone novels. Jones is a proud southern girl who enjoys SEC football, good food, her family and friends, Coca Colas, and Jesus. She is also a Bible Study teacher and the head of Reclaiming Hearts Ministries, a group based in Tennessee.
Jones grew up under the guidance of her preacher father and moved around frequently during her childhood. Despite living in eight different cities and attending various schools, she remained deeply connected to South Carolina. After high school, she pursued a degree in Journalism from the University of South Carolina, where she enjoyed a stable college experience. Jones is now a resident of Franklin, Tennessee, where she lives with her husband, five children, and pet dog. When she is not writing, she spends her time leading her study group.
