Dennis Palumbo is a licensed psychotherapist and a bestselling author, well-known for his thriller and mystery fiction novels. Originally, Palumbo worked in Hollywood as a screenwriter, writing for popular shows such as "Welcome Back, Kotter" and the film "My Favorite Year."
After his time in Hollywood, Palumbo transitioned into a career as a psychotherapist, specializing in helping practitioners, and particularly writers, with creative problems. In addition to his work as a psychotherapist, Palumbo is also a prolific author, with his mystery fiction appearing in various publications such as Ellery Queen's Mystery Magazine, The Strand, and Mystery Weekly. Palumbo's acclaimed series of crime novels features psychologist Daniel Rinaldi, a trauma expert who consults with the Pittsburgh Police.
