Diane Hale Moody is an accomplished American author, known for her works in Christian fiction and non-fiction. She was born in Fort Worth, Texas, and spent her childhood in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where her father Glenn and mother Anita Hale raised her as their second-born daughter. After graduating from Memorial High School, Diane pursued higher education at Oklahoma State University, earning a degree in sociology.
Upon moving to Tennessee in 1999, Diane discovered a renewed passion for writing. She began writing columns for her local newspaper, contributing feature articles to various magazines and curriculum, and penning novels. Her writing journey has led to the publication of eighteen books, with several more projects eager for her attention. In 2011, Diane and her husband Ken, who also writes under the name McMillian Moody, founded OBT Bookz.
Diane Moody currently resides in the rolling hills outside Nashville, Tennessee, with her husband Ken. They are proud parents of two grown children, Hannah and Ben. When she's not absorbed in reading or writing, Diane enjoys a wide range of musical and cinematic tastes, savoring good coffee, and spending time with friends. Her life is also enriched by the companionship of a unique little dog named Darby.
