Diane Saxon is a talented author who currently resides in the picturesque Shropshire countryside with her tall, dark, and handsome husband. She is a proud mother of two lovely daughters, and shares her home with a Dalmatian, two cats, several rare breed chickens, and a black Labrador named Beau. The name Beau was actually borrowed by one of her hero characters in For Heaven's Cakes.
Before becoming a full-time writer, Diane worked for many years in a demanding job. However, after her husband encouraged her to pursue her dreams, she left her job and started writing. Diane has since published 12 romance novels for the U.S. market. She found inspiration for her writing during her long and solitary walks in the atmospheric woodlands near her home.
Diane has recently turned to writing British psychological crime thrillers, which has become her new literary focus. She has signed a four-book deal with Boldwood Books, and her first book in the series, Find Her Alive, was published in October 2019. Her second book, Someone's There, followed in February 2020, and What She Saw is due for release in September 2020. With her upcoming book, The Good Twin, due for release in January 2024, Diane will have published a total of 20 books.
