Doc Macomber is a highly accomplished and celebrated mystery author, best known for his "Jason Colefield" and "Jack Vu" series. He is a member of several writing organizations, including the Willamette Writers, Mystery Writers of America, Friends of Mystery, and International Thriller Writers. Macomber has made significant contributions to the literary world, particularly in the area of ethnic detectives. He has written articles for the prestigious "Bloodletter" and "Mystery Readers Journal" on the history of ethnic detectives, and has also written for "Now Write Mysteries."
Macomber's expertise in ethnic detectives is evident in his writing, particularly in the "Jack Vu" series.
