Francis F.G. Cottam is a bestselling novelist and former magazine editor known for his gripping fiction. He debuted as an author with "The Firefighter," which won the W.H. Smith Literature Award in 2001. His works span genres such as historical fiction, supernatural thrillers, and suspense, with several of his novels adapted into feature films.
Before turning to fiction, Cottam had a successful career in journalism, playing a key role in the 1990s lad-mag movement.
