George H. McVey

George H. McVey is an author of historical romance and inspirational books, who is best known for his Redemption Tales series and Mail Order Brides of Sanctuary. Growing up, McVey had always dreamed of becoming a superhero, but as no animals or storms bestowed special powers upon him, he pursued a different path. It was during one of his storytelling sessions with his family that the idea of becoming an author was suggested, as they recognized his experiences in ministry and his vivid imagination as perfect for storytelling.

George H. McVey resides in Almost Heaven, West Virginia, with his wife and their service dog, Daisy Mae. They used to live in a single-family home, but a few years ago, they moved to a fourth-floor apartment, which he jokingly refers to as a "deluxe apartment in the sky." Their three children and two grandsons often visit them, making their home filled with love and laughter. When he's not spending time with his family, McVey can be found in his favorite lazy boy recliner or at his desk in the corner office, working on one of his many writing projects.

McVey's bibliography has grown significantly since he started writing, with several books already published, and he continues to add to it. His books are available on Amazon, and he has become a popular author in the historical romance and inspirational genres. Despite his busy writing schedule, McVey always makes time for his family, who remain his biggest supporters and inspiration.
