Gretta Mulrooney is a successful author of fiction novels, born and raised in London with Irish parents. She studied English Literature at the University of Ulster and later pursued a career in education and social care. Mulrooney's writing journey began with books for children and teenagers, published by Poolbeg Press in Dublin.

Her novels have been published by several publishing houses, including Harper Collins and Joffe Books. Mulrooney's books are available as e-books and paperbacks on Amazon. Her popular series include DI Siv Drummond/Berminster series, Tyrone Swift private detective series, and Daisy Moore books.
