Hank Green

Hank Green, also known as William Henry Green II, is an accomplished author and internet sensation. Born in the United States, Green began his internet career in 2007 when he started creating YouTube videos with his brother, John. At the time, they thought the idea was silly, but it quickly took off and led to Green's success in the online world.

Today, Green is the CEO of Complexly, a production company responsible for creating several educational YouTube channels, including SciShow and Crash Course. These channels have gained widespread popularity and have even earned Green the title of "one of America's most popular science teachers" from The Washington Post. In addition to his work with Complexly, Green has co-founded several other successful businesses, such as DFTBA.com, which helps online creators sell merchandise to their communities, and VidCon, the world's largest conference for the online video community.

In addition to his business ventures, Green is also a dedicated philanthropist. He and his brother, John, started the Project for Awesome, an annual charity drive that has raised millions of dollars for various causes. Green has also written for a number of publications, including The New York Times, Scientific American, and Mental Floss Magazine. His writing abilities are also showcased in his first published novel, An Absolutely Remarkable Thing, which was released on September 25, 2018.
