Ian Mortimer

Dr. Ian Mortimer is a historian and novelist renowned for his innovative approach to exploring the past. He is best known for "The Time Traveller's Guide" series, which includes "The Time Traveller's Guide to Medieval England," "Elizabethan England," "Restoration Britain," and "Regency Britain." These works blend historical scholarship with immersive storytelling, offering readers a vivid perspective on different eras. Mortimer has also gained acclaim for his fiction, including "The Outcasts of Time," winner of the 2019 Winston Graham Prize for historical fiction.
