Jacqueline Davies

Jacqueline Davies was born on July 25, 1962, in Cleveland, Ohio, to Dr. I. John Davies and Ann R. Davies. She is the third of four children, with two older sisters, Leslie and Kim, and a younger brother, Tim. The frequent moves of her childhood, which took her to live in five different states by the time she was eleven, made her a keen observer of human nature. This ability to closely study people's behaviors and interactions has significantly contributed to her success as an author.

Jacqueline Davies is a multi-talented author who has written both novels and picture books. Her works reflect her deep understanding of human nature, honed through her experiences of being the new kid in various schools during her childhood. She currently resides in Needham, Massachusetts, where she continues to write and raise her three children.
