James Leonard is a bestselling author, known for his Western fiction novels. He has written over nineteen novels, including the "Western Justice" and "Southwest Saga" series. His first novel, "No Escape for Outlaws," the debut of the "Western Justice" series, was published in 2020.
Born in South Africa, Leonard spent his childhood surrounded by nature and enjoyed a happy and healthy upbringing. After completing his military service, he pursued a degree in architecture at the University of Cape Town. He has since worked and lived in several countries, including England, Ireland, and France, before settling in the French Alps with his wife and three minor children.
In addition to his career as an author, Leonard is also an architect and artist. He has a passion for writing stories that celebrate life in the old West, with heroes that uphold traditional values of morality, perseverance, justice, and loyalty. His writing is influenced by his love of the wide-open spaces of Arizona, where he grew up.
