Jamie Sinclair

The author, who hails from Yorkshire but has lived in Lancashire since the age of four, is a graduate of Manchester Metropolitan University's MA in Creative Writing program. The author's love for writing began during this time, as they wrote their debut novel as part of the course. The author's debut novel, "Playground Cool," is a heartwarming story about love and second chances, set in Manchester.

The author's works tend to be set in and around the seaside town of Morecambe, where they grew up and still reside. Morecambe serves as the backdrop for the author's new crime thriller, "Beneath The Surface," as well as its sequel and their detective thriller, "The Trust," which is set in neighboring Lancaster. The author's latest addictive suspense thriller, "I Remember You," was published in December 2022 and is also set in Morecambe.

In addition to their love for writing, the author is a big fan of the sea, Liverpool Football Club, Roger Federer, and The Rolling Stones, thanks to their father. The author's favorite author is Stephen King, who they believe is one of the greatest writers of all time, often selling short as merely a horror writer. The author's favorite book is "Catcher in the Rye," although it's not everyone's cup of tea. The author is active on social media and encourages readers to follow them for updates on their work and other interests.
