Jennifer Amriss

Jennifer Amriss is a fantasy romance author whose works are deeply influenced by her extensive travels and multicultural upbringing. Having spent much of her childhood in Europe and the Mediterranean as part of a military family, she now resides in the hills near the Allegheny National Forest. Her debut novel, "Race Against the Dark," marked her professional entry into publishing in 2016 as part of her "Kings of Kal’brath" series, which blends fantasy adventure with themes of soulbonds and fated love across both heterosexual and LGBTQ+ relationships.

Known for her vivid worldbuilding and adventurous storytelling, Amriss crafts immersive fantasy realms enriched by her lifelong exposure to diverse landscapes and cultures. While her early writing attempts, such as the unpublished "Tepith’s Quest," were shelved, she honed her craft over the years, eventually focusing on fantasy romance with an emphasis on character-driven narratives. Her works often explore high-stakes quests intertwined with romantic elements, reflecting her passion for both epic fantasy and emotional depth.

When not writing, Amriss enjoys gaming, digital art, and anime, often drawing creative inspiration from these pursuits. A self-described introvert, she balances her imaginative career with a quiet personal life shared with her cat, Pumpkin Spice. Though she initially explored varied romantic pairings in her "Kings of Kal’brath" series, she has since shifted her focus exclusively to LGBTQ+ romance in her later works.
