Jenny O'Brien was born in Dublin, Ireland, where she developed a love for writing from a young age. However, it wasn't until much later in life that she was able to pursue this passion. O'Brien initially worked as a rehabilitation nurse for thirty years before she finally had the opportunity to become a writer.
