Jessica Brockmole is an internationally bestselling author known for her evocative historical fiction and meticulously researched nonfiction. She has since published additional novels, including "At the Edge of Summer" and "Woman Enters Left," as well as the novella "Something Worth Landing For," featured in the anthology "Fall of Poppies: Stories of Love and the Great War."
