John G. Miller

John G. Miller is an organizational development expert and bestselling author known for his work on personal accountability. He founded QBQ, Inc., a company dedicated to helping organizations and individuals embrace accountability as a core value. Miller is the author of several influential books, including "QBQ! The Question Behind the Question," "Flipping the Switch: Five Keys to Success at Work and in Life," and "Outstanding! 47 Ways to Make Your Organization Exceptional." His works have been widely adopted by Fortune 500 companies and other organizations worldwide.

Miller's writing focuses on practical strategies for eliminating blame, victim thinking, and procrastination in both professional and personal settings. With a background in commodity trading and leadership training, he brings real-world experience to his insights. Alongside his wife, Karen, he co-authored "Raising Accountable Kids," which applies the principles of personal accountability to parenting.
