John Grisham

John Grisham is one of the most famous fiction authors of all-time, known for his legal thrillers that have captivated readers worldwide. Born in Jonesboro, Arkansas on February 8, 1955, Grisham grew up in the American South during a time when cotton was still a major crop and racism was prevalent. The son of a cotton farmer, Grisham's experiences in the South would later influence his writing and his exploration of deep-seated problems in the criminal justice system.

Grisham has achieved remarkable success as an author, with forty-seven consecutive #1 bestsellers that have been translated into nearly fifty languages.
