John L. Campbell

John L. Campbell is an accomplished American author, best known for his Omega Days series of books which depict a zombie apocalypse. The series began in 2013 with the release of the first book, Omega Days, which quickly became a bestseller on Amazon and remained on the horror bestseller list for 17 weeks. The subsequent books in the series have also been well-received, with the latest release, The Feral Road, coming out in November 2016.

In addition to the Omega Days series, Campbell has written two collections of horror and suspense, as well as a novella based on actual events. Under his pen name Atticus Wulf, he has released yet another novella and a supernatural/historical thriller titled A Judge from Salem. Campbell's short fiction piece Courageous Little Philomena's Wondrous Bait was nominated for a Pushcart Prize in 2013, and in 2014, he served as a juror for the Bram Stoker Awards. He is a member of both the International Thriller Writers and the Horror Writers Association and is active on the horror and comic convention circuits. Campbell is represented by the Jennifer DeChiara Literary Agency in New York.

Campbell was born in Chicago and has lived in various parts of the United States. He attended university in both North Carolina and New York. His novels encompass a range of genres, including horror, suspense, apocalyptic, historical fiction, short story collections, dark fantasy noir, and tales of crocodiles and the Japanese army based on actual events. He currently resides in New York with his family and continues to work on the Omega Days series, as well as other projects.
