K. Eason

K. Eason is an accomplished American author, best known for her series "On the Bones of Gods" and "The Thorne Chronicles." Eason's writing focuses on fantasy fiction, and she has made a name for herself in the genre with her imaginative and engaging storytelling.

Eason's passion for writing began at a young age. As a child, she would create sagas for her stuffed animals before she even knew how to write. Her talent for storytelling was recognized early on when she won a short story contest in the fourth grade. Despite her nervousness, she refused to read her story at the ceremony, and they had to find someone else to do it for her.

Eason's debut novel, "Enemy," the first book in the "Bones of Gods" series, was published in 2016. However, she had already established herself in the world of short fiction, with her work appearing in publications such as "Kaleidotrope," "Crossed Genres," "Cabinet des Fees," and "Jabberwocky 4." In 2019, she released the first novel in "The Thorne Chronicles," titled "How Rory Thorne Destroyed the Multiverse," to widespread critical acclaim.

In addition to her work as an author, Eason is a lecturer at the University of California Irvine. She has a reputation for tackling thought-provoking topics, such as the humanity of cyborgs, the zombie apocalypse, and the morality of Beowulf. When she's not writing or teaching, Eason enjoys picking up new hobbies, including knitting, martial arts, yoga, and Viking shield and sword work.
