Katy Hays

Katy Hays is an accomplished adjunct art history professor and writer, currently residing in Olympic Valley, California. She has earned her MA in art history from Williams College and has pursued her PhD at UC Berkeley. Her passion for art and its history is evident in her work, as she has previously held positions at renowned art institutions such as The Clark Art Institute and SF MoMA.

Hays has a unique teaching experience, as she teaches rural students in California, traveling from Tecopa to Truckee. This experience has allowed her to connect with a diverse group of students and share her knowledge and passion for art history with them. In addition to her teaching and writing, Hays is also a dedicated wife and dog owner, living with her husband and their dog, Queso, in the beautiful Olympic Valley.
