Kristin Wright

Kristin Wright was born in Detroit and grew up in Grosse Pointe, Michigan. She has a deep love for her home state, which is often reflected in her writing. Kristin completed her undergraduate studies at Michigan State, where she majored in history. She then went on to earn her law degree from the University of Michigan. Kristin's educational background in history and law has provided her with a strong foundation for her writing, allowing her to craft engaging and well-researched stories.

Kristin currently resides in Virginia with her husband, two sons, and two beagles. Her family is an integral part of her life, and she often draws inspiration for her writing from her experiences as a mother and wife. Her beagles, one silly and the other described as Machiavellian, also provide plenty of entertaining moments that no doubt find their way into her stories.

In addition to being a dedicated wife and mother, Kristin has had a varied career in law. She has practiced in several fields, including big firm litigation, criminal defense, personal injury, local government, and divorce and custody. This diverse legal background has given her a unique perspective and has informed much of her writing. Despite her busy schedule, Kristin always finds time to write, often before work and during the downtime at her children's many youth sport practices. Her dedication to her craft is evident in her prolific output and the high quality of her work.
