Laura Landon

Laura Landon is a well-established author of historical romance novels. Born in the Midwest, she spent ten years teaching in high school before leaving the profession to open her own ice cream shop. However, after writing her first novel, she closed the shop to focus on her newfound passion for writing. Landon now spends all of her time crafting stories, leading her characters towards happy endings.

Laura Landon spent a decade teaching high school and then another decade in business before she decided to pursue writing full-time. She had always been an avid reader of romance novels, but it wasn't until she wrote her first novel in 2010 and found some success that she became hooked. Landon now spends much of her time creating beautiful ever-afters for her heroes and heroines. She is a vital member of the small community she lives in, serving on the hospital board, organizing fund drives for social activities and amenities, and directing centennial activities for her town.

Laura Landon has written more than two dozen Regency romances in various series such as "Brotherhood," "Redeemed," "Intimate," "Bedford Street Brigade," "Cast," "Ransomed Jewels," "Traitor's Club," "Rich Man Poor Man," and "Seasons" among several single standing novels. Her novels are published by Prairie Muse Publishing and have been translated into several languages, including German and Japanese. In 2012, she had one of the best days of her life when three of her novels were published by Amazon’s Montlake Romance. The publishing line went on to publish six of her novels, some of which have been optioned for publishing in Turkey and Russia. Landon's books are enjoyed by readers around the world, with her novels averaging over a million pages a month read by her loyal readers.
