Laura V. Hilton is an accomplished author of Amish-themed contemporary romance novels. She has written several successful series, including the Amish of Seymour, Amish of Webster County, Amish of Jamesport, and Amish Firefighter series. Hailing from the United States, Laura is a wife to a pastor and a dedicated stay-at-home mother who home-schools her children. She currently resides in Arkansas with her husband, Steve, and their five children.

Born on December 31 in the United States, Laura has always harbored a passion for writing and dreamed of becoming a successful novelist. She has achieved this dream with her prolific writing career, primarily focusing on contemporary and romance genres. Laura is particularly well-known for her Amish County series, which consists of three distinct series. In addition to her Amish series, she has also written a successful non-Amish novel titled The Appalachian Ballad Quilt.
