Leah Franqui

Leah Franqui is a distinguished American author, renowned for her literary fiction novels. She was born and raised in Philadelphia, which she fondly refers to as her hometown. Franqui attended Yale University, where she graduated in 2009 with a degree in Theater Studies. After graduation, she spent time traveling and working in non-profit theater before settling in Brooklyn. It was there that she pursued a Master's degree in Dramatic Writing from NYU-Tisch, where she met her husband, an Indian screenwriter.

In addition to being a novelist and playwright, Franqui has held a variety of jobs, including working as a line chef, real estate agent, sewing teacher, tutor, assistant, marketing director, grant writer, editor, and voiceover artist. Currently, Franqui resides in Mumbai, India, with her husband. She enjoys a wide range of activities, including writing, traveling, cooking, reading, sewing, and watching television.

Leah Franqui is also known for her work in television. She is the writer of Ever After Ever, a mini-series that aired in 2015. Franqui's experiences living in different places, working in various fields, and her multicultural background have all contributed to her unique perspective and diverse body of work.
