Linda Stasi

Linda Stasi is a highly respected author, critic, and columnist for the New York Daily News. She has also been an on-camera co-host with Mark Simone on NY 1 TV’s What a Week for the past decade. Stasi is known for her brash, funny, and opinionated style, which has made her a frequent guest on various television shows such as MSNBC, Fox News, Good Day New York, CNN, The CBS Early Show, Good Morning America, and The Today Show. She has won numerous awards over the years, including Best Humor Columnist, the Newswomen’s Clubs of New York’s Best Columnist, and Boys Town of Italy’s Woman of the Year 2006.

Stasi's writing career is not limited to journalism; she is also a celebrated novelist. Her debut novel, "The Sixth Station," was published in 2013, following a five-year quest that took her to various locations in Europe. She spoke to a cloistered nun in Manopello, Italy, spent a week with monks, drove with an exorcist priest across Europe, and climbed two mountains in Europe. Her efforts paid off, resulting in a critically acclaimed novel that found a lost relic. Her second novel, "Book of Judas," features her beloved protagonist Alessandra Russo and is a sequel to "The Sixth Station."

In addition to her two novels, Stasi has authored five nonfiction books and won numerous awards for her journalistic works. She is married to former John V. Lindsay, former aide to Sydney Davidoff, who famously made the list of persons most hated by Nixon in the aptly named “Enemies List”. Stasi's work has earned her a spot on the list of 50 Most Powerful Women In New York, and she continues to be a significant voice in the world of journalism and literature.
