Liza Palmer

Liza Palmer is a highly acclaimed American author, known for her literary and fiction works. She has gained international success with her books, the most notable of which is her debut novel, "Conversations with the Fat Girl." This novel has been optioned by HBO for adaptation into a series, showcasing its widespread appeal and acclaim.
