Nancy Taylor Rosenberg is a successful American author, known for her mystery and thriller novels. She has penned several series, including those centered around the characters Lily Forrester and Carolyn Sullivan. Prior to her career as an author, Rosenberg spent five years working as a photographic model. She holds a BA in English and has pursued studies in criminology as well.
Before turning to writing full-time, Rosenberg worked for various law enforcement agencies, including the Dallas Police Department, the New Mexico State Police, and the Ventura Police Department. In addition to her writing career, Rosenberg is also known for her philanthropic efforts. She has received national acclaim for her writing program for inner-city youth, "Voice of Tomorrow." In 1994, she was honored by the Board of Supervisors of Orange County as a "Woman of Excellence, Learning for Life." Rosenberg has also been recognized for her work in adopting a child with a rare, frequently terminal illness called Methylmalonic Acidemia, or MMA. Her advocacy and dedication have helped raise awareness and improve treatment options for children suffering from this condition. Rosenberg's family and friends affectionately call her "Lucy," a nod to her unique and sometimes unpredictable personality.
