Naomi Klein

Naomi Klein is a highly acclaimed author, filmmaker, and social activist. She was born in Montreal, Canada on May 8, 1970. Klein has gained international recognition for her award-winning journalism, documentary filmmaking, and bestselling books. She is a senior correspondent for The Intercept and her writing has appeared in numerous prestigious publications, including The New York Times, The Guardian, and The Nation. Klein is also a member of the board of directors for climate-action group 350.org and one of the organizers behind Canada’s Leap Manifesto.

Klein is the author of several international bestsellers, including "No Logo: Taking Aim at the Brand Bullies," "The Shock Doctrine: The Rise of Disaster Capitalism," and "This Changes Everything: Capitalism vs. the Climate."
