Nev March

Nev March is a celebrated author known for her historical mystery novels. Her debut novel, "Murder in Old Bombay," was released in 2020 and has since received numerous accolades. March became the first Indian-born author to win the Minotaur Books/Mystery Writers of America Award for Best First Crime Fiction for this very novel.

"Murder in Old Bombay" has also been nominated for other prestigious awards, including the Macavity and Anthony Awards, as well as the Edgar, Barry, and Hammett Awards for Excellence in Crime Fiction. The novel has been featured in various publications such as Mystery Tribune, Mystery Scene Magazine, CrimeReads, BookPage, DearReader, and The History Reader. It was also an Amazon's Editor's Pick and listed as one of the "Best crime novels of 2020" by The New York Times.

Nev March was born in India and is a Parsee Zoroastrian. She now resides in New Jersey with her husband and sons. After a long career in business analysis, March returned to her passion for writing and now teaches creative writing at the Rutgers-Osher Institute. She is a member of the Mystery Writers of America and Crime Writers of Color. In addition to her teaching and writing, March's work has been recognized in the audio format, winning an audiofile award and being named a finalist for the Audie Awards. "Murder in Old Bombay" has been a finalist for several other awards, including the Edgar Award, Anthony Award, Barry Award, Hammett Award, and Macavity Award.
