Sandra Boynton

Sandra Boynton is a highly accomplished American author, illustrator, songwriter, and music producer. She has written and illustrated over fifty books for both adults and children, with more than forty of those being for children and adults specifically. In addition to her work as an author and illustrator, Boynton has also created over four thousand greeting cards and produced five music albums.

Boynton's work is not limited to books and greeting cards. She has also designed a wide variety of products for different companies, including wallpaper, bedding, calendars, paper goods, jewelry, stationery, clothing, and plush toys. Despite the popularity of her characters, Boynton does not license them to be redrawn or adapted by others.

In addition to her work as an author, illustrator, and designer, Boynton is also a successful songwriter and music producer. She has written and produced six albums of children's music, three of which have been certified Gold and one of which was nominated for a Grammy. Boynton has also directed twelve music videos for her songs, featuring notable artists such as B.B. King, Josh Turner, and Samuel L. Jackson.
