Scott Blade is an American author who has gained recognition for his mystery thriller novels. Originally from the Mississippi Gulf Coast, Blade is best known for his Jack Widow series, which are spinoffs of the popular Jack Reacher series by Lee Child. In addition to the Jack Widow series, Blade is also the author of the S. Lasher & Associates series.
From a young age, Blade had a passion for writing and traveling. By the time he was in college, he had already written numerous character plots and book ideas, some of which would later be published by other authors. Blade enjoys leading an adventurous life, reminiscent of the characters he writes about. He is a world traveler, having visited Eastern Europe, Asia, and most of North America. In his free time, he enjoys rollerblading, biking, running, and playing hide and seek with his Black German Shepherd dog, Django.
Blade has achieved significant success as an author, becoming a USA TODAY and Amazon Bestseller, as well as an International Bestseller. He is known for his Nomadvelist approach to writing, where he drifts around the world, touring new places, and writing mysteries. His writing has even reached the Top 100 list on Amazon, knocking popular titles such as Harry Potter and Jack Reacher off the top spots. Blade takes pride in his unconventional writing style and considers it a badge of honor.
