Scott Thomas

Scott Thomas is an American author known for his work in horror, fantasy, and paranormal fiction. He gained widespread recognition with his debut novel, "Kill Creek," which was nominated for a Bram Stoker Award and named the top horror book of 2017 by the American Library Association. His second novel, "Violet," further solidified his reputation in the genre. Beyond his literary career, Thomas has written teleplays and TV movies for networks such as MTV, Disney Channel, and Nickelodeon.

Originally from Coffeyville, Kansas, Thomas studied English and Film at the University of Kansas. His television work includes co-creating Disney's "Randy Cunningham: Ninth Grade Ninja" and contributing to MTV's horror trilogy "My Super Psycho Sweet 16." His writing for "R.L. Stine's The Haunting Hour" earned him a Daytime Emmy nomination. Thomas resides in Sherman Oaks, California, with his family.
