Sean Black is a highly successful author from Scotland, renowned for his military thriller novels. His most famous work is the Ryan Lock series, which has achieved significant success worldwide. The series features ex-military bodyguard Ryan Lock and his partner, Ty Johnson, and includes popular novels such as "Lockdown," "Deadlock," and "Gridlock." These books have not only hit the Official UK Top 50 Bestseller Chart but have also been translated into multiple languages, including Dutch, German, and Russian.

Black's commitment to his work is evident in his extensive research methods.
