Sean Campbell is a writer who began his career in a different field. He trained as a barrister and was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2011. Using the skills he developed as a barrister, Campbell now spends his days working out how to kill people without being caught, and then flipping the switch to play detective in his crime novels. This change in career paths led to the creation of his first fiction novel, "Dead on Demand," which he co-authored with his brother and was released in 2012.
Campbell is the author of the DCI Morton series, which includes "Dead on Demand," "Cleaver Square," "Ten Guilty Men," "The Patient Killer," "Missing Persons," "The Evolution of a Serial Killer," and "My Hands Are Tied." In addition to these novels, he has also written a seasonal novella called "Christmas Can Be Murder" and a standalone thriller titled "The Grifter." His writing is informed by his diverse interests, which include photography, cinema, rugby, and hiking. Readers can often find Campbell working on his latest novel in one of London's coffee shops, where he can be spotted as the big bearded guy taking up too much room and hogging the Wi-Fi.
