Stina Lindenblatt is a USA Today bestselling author who was born in Brighton, England. She has lived in several countries throughout her life, including England, the US, Finland, and Canada, which may explain her mixed accent. Lindenblatt has a background in kinesiology and sports biological sciences, earning a degree in each field. Along with her love for writing, she also has a passion for photography. Currently, she resides in Calgary, Canada, with her husband and three children.
Throughout her life, Lindenblatt has always had a love for books, particularly the Famous Five series by Edith Blyton. Although she dreamt of becoming an author, she never pursued it until she became a stay-at-home mom. Initially, she tried her hand at writing novels for middle-grade readers, but her characters seemed to be more interested in sex and romance than was appropriate for that age group. Lindenblatt then moved on to writing young adult fiction before eventually becoming an accomplished adult romance writer.
Despite her initial struggles with writing historical romance, Lindenblatt always had a fondness for the genre. However, she knew that her lack of knowledge in history and social studies would make it difficult to write accurately. Nevertheless, she persevered and eventually found her niche in contemporary romance. Today, she is a successful author with a devoted following of readers.
