Susan Page Davis

Susan Page Davis is an accomplished American author, well-known for her work in the historical romance, mystery, and romantic suspense genres. She has penned a substantial number of novels since the release of her debut novel, "Protecting Amy," in 2004. This novel was part of the popular Wyoming Brides series. Over the years, Davis has written more than 30 novels and several short stories, contributing to various collections. Her exceptional work has been recognized with prestigious awards such as the Carol Award and the Inspirational Readers' Choice Award.

Davis hails from central Maine and was raised on a small farm with her parents and siblings. Many of her novels are set in small towns, with several of them drawing inspiration from her home state. After living in Oregon for a while, Davis and her husband, Jim, decided to return to Maine to be near her family. This move allowed their six children to grow up in close proximity to their cousins and grandparents. The family later relocated to Kentucky when Jim retired. Davis is an avid reader, horse lover, and genealogist, with her hobbies often influencing her writing and characters. She has also worked as a freelancer for the Central Maine Morning Sentinel, contributing to her ability to create realistic scenes and relatable characters in her novels.
