Suzannah Dunn

Suzannah Dunn is a British author known for her historical fiction, particularly her works centered on the Tudor period. Her novels include "The Queen of Subtleties," which explores the life of Anne Boleyn, "The Sixth Wife," focusing on Katherine Parr, and "The Queen's Sorrow," set during the reign of Mary I. Her forthcoming novel, "The Confession of Katherine Howard," continues her exploration of Tudor history. Prior to her historical works, Dunn published five contemporary novels and two short story collections.

Dunn’s writing career extends beyond fiction, as she has also been actively involved in teaching and mentoring aspiring writers. She served as Programme Director for the University of Manchester’s MA in Novel Writing and spent six weeks as a writer-in-residence on the Richard and Judy show. Born in London and raised in Hertfordshire, Dunn later lived in Brighton before settling in Shropshire. Her deep interest in Tudor history is reflected in her meticulously researched novels, which bring historical figures to life with vivid storytelling.
